Senior GTM Engineer – Go-To-Market Systems & Automation – Remote (LATAM)
Lead the design, build, and optimization of scalable go-to-market (GTM) systems for a fast-growing U.S.-based pet health company. You’ll act as the lead technical builder, orchestrating data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and various middleware tools to streamline customer journeys and automate complex workflows.
You’ll translate architectural direction into end-to-end implementations, refactor legacy systems, and develop trigger-based logic for lead enrichment and prioritization. This is a high-impact engineering role for a Salesforce expert who thrives on building reliable, scalable automation and bridging the gap between technical execution and business operations.
💰 Salary: $42,000 – $66,000/year ($3,500 – $5,500/month)
📍 Location: Remote – LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay)
🗓️ Job Type: Full-time (40h/week), Long-term
Experience: 5+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps, or Salesforce development
🔧 Stack: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Flow, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, SQL, APIs
Certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder & Platform Developer I (Highly valued/Required)
🚀 Bonus: Experience with Zora, Gong, ChurnZero, Clay, or Apex development
Skills: CRM data modeling, system architecture, UAT, and cross-functional collaboration
🗣️ Languages: English (B2 minimum – strong written & verbal communication required)
🛡️ Probation Period: 90 days
