QA Automation Engineer – eSports & Gaming Platform – Remote (LATAM)
Join a fast-growing eSports and gaming company to build, expand, and maintain automated test coverage across multiple applications. You’ll design and execute end-to-end automated tests using Playwright and Cypress, apply robust QA patterns like the Page Object Model, and integrate seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.
You’ll collaborate closely with Agile/Scrum teams to improve test execution efficiency, perform API testing, and leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate engineering workflows. This is a hands-on technical role for a self-driven QA engineer with a strong testing philosophy, ready to own application quality and scale automation strategies in a dynamic, high-traffic environment.
Salary: $42,000 – $60,000/year ($3,500 – $5,000/month)
📍 Location: Remote – LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay)
🗓️ Job Type: Full-time (40h/week), Long-term
🎯 Experience: 3+ years in QA automation engineering
🔧 Stack: Playwright, Cypress, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL
🔄 Skills: API testing, Page Object Model, CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), parallel test execution
🤖 Bonus: Experience with .NET applications, AI-enabled workflows (e.g., Claude), and complex cross-app E2E testing
🗣️ Languages: English (C1 required – strong written & verbal communication)
🎓 Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
🛡️ Probation Period: 90 days
