Growth Marketer – AI-Driven B2B Strategy – Remote (LATAM)
Join a fast-growing B2B company to own and scale the go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will shape the AI-driven growth playbook, leveraging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), signal-based personalization, and agentic workflows to drive demand generation across organic, inbound, and outbound channels.
You’ll define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), design multi-channel prospecting and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and connect ad engagement directly to pipeline data. This is a highly strategic role for a growth marketer who thrives on rapid experimentation and knows how to partner effectively with technical builders (GTM Engineers) to turn vision into scalable execution.
💰 Salary: $24,000 – $42,000/year ($2,000 – $3,500/month)
📍 Location: Remote – LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay)
🗓️ Job Type: Full-time (40h/week), Long-term
🎯 Experience: 4–6 years in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing ops
🔧 Skills: ABM strategy, AEO/GEO, AI-driven personalization, multi-channel prospecting, CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce)
🤝 Collaboration: Ability to translate strategic direction into clear priorities and specs for GTM Engineers
⏰ Timezone: Must be open to working within Pacific Time (PT) hours
🗣️ Languages: English (C1 required – strong written & verbal communication)
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
🛡️ Probation Period: 90 days
