Field Application Engineer – Agribusiness & Electro-Mechanical Systems – Remote/Field (Brazil)
Join a leading agribusiness technology company as a Field Application Engineer. You will provide hands-on setup, maintenance, testing, and in-field engineering support for advanced agricultural electro-mechanical systems and large field machinery.
You’ll diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and machine vision systems directly in the field, document testing results, and collaborate with engineering teams to suggest design improvements. This is an active, field-based role requiring frequent travel across key agricultural regions in Brazil, perfect for a hands-on engineer who thrives in dynamic, real-world environments.
💰 Salary: $12,000 – $24,000/year ($1,000 – $2,000/month)
📍 Location: Remote (Brazil) with frequent field travel (e.g., Cristalina, Catalão, Uberaba, Mato Grosso)
🗓️ Job Type: Full-time (40h/week), Long-term
🎯 Experience: 2–7 years supporting agricultural electro-mechanical systems or large field machinery
🔧 Skills: Hardware/software troubleshooting, machine vision testing, DVT, CAD (SolidWorks – bonus)
🚜 Requirements: Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Type B), ability to work in active outdoor environments (lifting, standing, varying weather)
💻 Bonus: Familiarity with Linux, Python scripting, or design verification testing (DVT)
🗣️ Languages: English (B2 minimum) and Portuguese (Fluent)
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or Computer Science
