Head of HR – Financial Services – On-Site (London, UK)
Join a prestigious financial services organization as a strategic Head of HR. You will take full ownership of the Employee Relations (ER) function and drive strategic Organizational Design initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and Board of Directors.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an HR professional who thrives in highly regulated environments. You will manage complex, high-risk cases, optimize workforce structure, and ensure strict compliance with UK employment law while shaping a high-performance workplace culture.
💰 Salary: £95,000 – £110,000/year
📍 Location: London, UK (100% On-site)
🗓️ Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
🎯 Experience: 6+ years in progressive HR roles, including Head of HR or equivalent senior leadership
🏦 Industry: Financial Services (mandatory hands-on experience)
🔧 Skills: Complex Employee Relations (ER), Organizational Design, UK employment law, C-suite advisory, team leadership
🚀 Bonus: CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent), HR transformation/restructuring experience, FCA/PRA regulatory familiarity
🛂 Work Auth: Must hold a valid, unrestricted right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
