Accounts Payable Specialist – Enterprise Software – Remote (LATAM)
Join a fast-growing U.S.-based enterprise software company to manage high-volume accounts payable operations with exceptional accuracy and independence. You will process and review large volumes of invoices, ensure correct GL account and expense classification (COGS/SG&A), and efficiently route them through approval workflows.
This role is ideal for a highly organized accounting professional who thrives on optimizing workflows. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s transition from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central, leveraging advanced Excel skills and AI tools (like Microsoft Copilot) to streamline repetitive tasks and drive continuous process improvements.
💰 Salary: $24,000 – $30,000/year ($2,000 – $2,500/month)
📍 Location: Remote – LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay)
🗓️ Job Type: Full-time (40h/week), Long-term
🎯 Experience: 4+ years in Accounts Payable or accounting operations
🔧 Skills: High-volume invoice processing, GL account mapping, expense classification, advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
🚀 Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, 365 Business Central), AI workflow automation (Microsoft Copilot), and AP process improvement
🗣️ Languages: English (C1 required – strong written & verbal communication)
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
