Product Owner – Pet Health & Rebate Program – Remote (LATAM)
Join a fast-growing U.S.-based pet health company as a dedicated Product Owner. You will own and groom the backlog for an instant-rebate and loyalty program that lowers pet medication costs at checkout, spanning enrollment, claims, reconciliation, payments, and reporting.
You’ll translate high-level product strategy into development-ready user stories, map complex data flows from clinic systems to the reconciliation engine, and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure a demoable increment every cycle. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a proactive PO who excels at balancing technical constraints with user needs and driving process improvements.
💰 Salary: $33,000 – $51,000/year ($2,750 – $4,250/month)
Location: Remote – LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay)
🗓️ Job Type: Full-time (40h/week), Long-term
🎯 Experience: 3+ years specifically as a Product Owner (current PO role required)
🔧 Skills: Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, user story writing, acceptance criteria, data flow mapping, basic SQL
🐾 Domain: Experience with consumer incentive, rebate, membership, or loyalty programs (highly preferred)
🗣️ Languages: English (C1 required – strong written & verbal communication)
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
🛡️ Probation Period: 90 days
