Salesforce Developer – Education & Enterprise Software – Remote (LATAM)
Join a fast-growing U.S.-based enterprise software company focused on the education and social impact sectors. You’ll build, customize, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions—including custom objects, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex Flows.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Technical Architect, gather requirements, and design CRM workflows tailored for K-12, higher education, and nonprofit clients. This is a hands-on technical role for a skilled Salesforce Developer who thrives on solving complex data challenges, integrating systems via REST/SOAP APIs, and leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud to drive automation and continuous system improvements.
💰 Salary: $42,000 – $72,000/year ($3,500 – $6,000/month)
📍 Location: Remote – LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay)
🗓️ Job Type: Full-time (40h/week), Long-term
Experience: 4+ years in Salesforce development and software engineering
🔧 Stack: Salesforce, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Data Cloud
🔄 Integrations & Tools: REST & SOAP APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce CLI, Sandbox Management
Bonus: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or higher), Education Cloud/Nonprofit Cloud, K-12 or higher education background
🗣️ Languages: English (C1 required – strong written & verbal communication for client/Architect alignment)
🎓 Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
