Senior Growth Engineer – AI Infrastructure & PLG – Hybrid (San Francisco Bay Area)
Write the code that turns curious developers into power users. As a Senior Growth Engineer, you’ll own the full-stack signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion experience for a fast-growing AI infrastructure platform.
You’ll instrument funnels, design and run A/B experiments, and ship production code that directly moves product-led growth (PLG) metrics. This is a high-impact, data-driven engineering role for a builder who thrives in a fast-paced, AI-native environment and wants to own real conversion outcomes from day one.
💰 Salary: $225,000 – $290,000/year + Competitive Equity
📍 Location: San Francisco / Bay Area, CA (Hybrid)

🎯 Experience: 5–12 years in full-stack engineering with hands-on growth/PLG ownership
🔧 Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, Vercel
📊 Skills: A/B testing, funnel instrumentation, product analytics (Mixpanel/Amplitude/PostHog)
🤖 Bonus: Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic), developer tools, or AI-native workflows
